This shipping policy applies to orders placed with Ivy Pell. Ivy Pell is operated by Grace and Adam LLC.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery to the United States
Orders ship from our fulfilment partners' warehouses. Estimated delivery time to addresses in the United States is 7–12 business days after your order has been processed.

The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs processing or peak periods. For delivery to other countries, please contact us before ordering.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your parcel.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at ivypells@proton.me with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and before your order ships so we can update it.
Duties and taxes
Any applicable import duties or taxes for your order will be shown at checkout where possible. If you have questions, please contact us before ordering.
